I think it's some pimp dude named Zimos who's vocal cords don't work anymore (maybe he got shot or something, maybe cancer) so he uses a talk-box that makes everything he says auto-tuned.
That'd be a pretty cool thing to have in real-life if it wouldn't just get annoying as fuck.
here's a basic synopsis I wrote for the story.
[sp]Saints become brand name, try to steal money from bank, they get caught, turns out it's from a rival gang called the syndicate, syndicate tries to negotiate, saints say a big fuck you, then who knows what.[/sp]
