I'm stuck in SR2. I have 3 people left to kill: Maero, who is in the brotherhood. That chineese general guy, who is in the Ronin, and The general guy in the Sons. It doesn't let me do any more missions for them, why? I just saved contential beach. Idk what to do at this point lol.

The final mission for each rival gang doesn't unlock until you do so.

If you don't, if you have the airport crib bought, you can easily steal airplanes right out of the hangar or right off the tarmac and park them in the crib;s parking space, adding them to your garage.
