Working on it. The tools for extracting/repacking streaming files within an archive is a bit buggy atm so it's kind of a roadblock until gibbed gets that all sorted. It's also what's currently stopping the progress on the sex appeal extended sliders.

No, you unlock it by gaining respect and doing missions and activities.

Talking of respect, what will it do in SR3?
Apart from unlocking missions (Which is confirmed not to happen in SR3), all it did in SR2 was let you get more gang members in a squad.

Let's you upgrade your character and unlock some cheats I think.

Respect is used to upgrade abilities like infinite sprint, weapon accuracy etc. You no longer get unlocks from activities like you used to. You can do any activity you want to gain the respect, and use that respect as currency to purchase whatever upgrades you want. This way you don't have to do activities you hate (SR2 Escort I'm looking at you.)

Ah crap, I was remaking a character I wasn't happy with in the initation station but couldn't find the hairdoo I wanted, I ended up uploading it anyway, later I found the hairdoo I was infact looking for. Do I remake the guy a third time or just wait for the game to come out?
