Does anyone know if it will be possible to create custom gear/items for the game as in mods?

Well i have waited long enough and after seeing that last trailer i finally gave in and pre-ordered. I only made a male and a female char, chars that i would potentialy use but i think i'll wait to see what the other 20% is and create one there from scratch. But here's the one that i had done. Am I the only one having trouble creating an account? Every time I try, both today and yesterday, it's given me "A error has occurred with community features. Please try accessing this feature at a later time."

Fuck the clothes in this game look great, I wish it was just as easy to find clothes IRL at stores.

You'd know what would be great? If it would fucking let me upload my goddamn characters to the site. This is the second character I have to trash because it keeps getting a community error and wont connect. But this time I'll take a picture of this one and hopefully be able to recreate it exactly when the game comes out, or when the Initiation Station stops being a bitch.

am i the only one thinking all the clothes will be in the planet saints store chain? 90% of the clothes in the initation station said planet saints for its logo... im not sure if this is good or bad.

It keeps allowing me to upload the characters, but for some Godforsaken reason, I can't view my characters on my profile on their website - even though I've linked my PS3 account and everything. Shit's pissing me off.

My friend is calling up Volition in a couple days to see if we can get a tour of their offices in Champaign. I hope we can, because it would be amazing.

Question - is there any way to edit a character you already uploaded? Or do I just have to wait until the final release and stop at Image as Designed? I might've been answered already, but I don't frequent this thread as much as I should, like I do for the Battlefield one.

His arms and face appear to be augmented. Is that the graphics card dieing or something?

I have no issues running any other game (save my dying PSU, but that kills the entire computer) at all, and verifying the game cache and redownloading the game slightly fixed the issue. I still see a lot of funky stuff going on, most of it seems to be related to the textures being used for distances. Like his face being retextured on just below his right elbow.

A lot of people are having the same problem and this seems to fix it for most. You might also try changing ambient occlusion to application controlled as well if that doesn't work.
