anyone want to fuck about in co-op on xbox? i think my headset is broken but you never know
I'm gonna get this game for the 360 because my friends can't run it on their PCs.
so like the back of the 360 box says that theres single player 2 player co op, and system link but theres no option for local coop, what is this
It means: there is no local co-op.
But he doesn't look like an emo. He just looks like a girl.
You obviously haven't seen enough emos to know that pretty much all emos look like girls.
Designing the new city. I think it'll be good to get out of Stillwater and from what I saw in the video it looks like this new city will be very different.
Come to think of it, do the Saints fall under Anti-Hero or Villain Protagonist? I suppose you can play through the game without killing any innocents (Though why someone would try to even do that is beyond me), but they still conquer the fuck out of Stilwater, and you can't stop the whole gang just going completely apeshit on anyone who looks at them funny. At the same time, though, it sort of takes the Hitman route with it's storytelling where you're a (mass-)murdering dickhead, but your targets are even bigger (mass-)murdering dickheads. By the way, they need more "Normal" haircuts. They already have a crapton of crazy haircuts, but the normal looking ones are kind of scarce. Which is disappointing when you want to turn your character into Dr. House with a shotgun cane.
If you read the prologue to SR3, the Saints are heroes in Stilwater. While yeah, they are still a gang, they purged the city of all of the conflicting gangs, they did what the police couldn't do. So, they are revered, the Saints even sell merchandise, but this is where SR3 comes in - "The Saint" gets bored of this lifestyle and is still a criminal at heart, so they try to branch out to Steelport.
Less generic rap and R&B for the soundtrack
i agree, sr3 needs more of the hip-hop that was in the first one
Probably been asked but, if the Saints took down Ultor, how exactly do the events of Red Faction happen? They are kind of the catalyst... for the entire series.
Probably been asked but, if the Saints took down Ultor, how exactly do the events of Red Faction happen? Sr3 needs a classic hiphop only station and they have to keep sucka MC's on the radio [editline]17th March 2011[/editline]
It means: there is no local co-op.
why it say there was :C

There never was local co-op.
If you watched the weapons trailer, it implies that the Ultor guys you fought in SR2 where the local branch of Ultor, not the whole corporation itself.
The GI article says that the Saints ended up teaming up with Ultor, or at least something to that effect. Either way, the Saints and Ultor have stopped fighting each other for some reason. I need to find where I put my copy...

Zimos seems like a very cool character.
Yeah, he does autotune voice all day erry day like that part of that episode of adventure time where finn gets turned into a foot :v:
I'm not sure who's set the best first impression, Killbane or Zimos. I guess I'll have to wait until they start releasing trailers and gameplay footage. [editline]17th March 2011[/editline] OKAY so I got my game question Do I need to install the game BEFORE I use the key on steam, or not?
so I got my game question Do I need to install the game BEFORE I use the key on steam, or not?
Registering on Steam is part of the install process. If you just use the key then you'll have to download 12Gb instead of just installing off the DVD.
Registering on Steam is part of the install process. If you just use the key then you'll have to download 12Gb instead of just installing off the DVD.
Cool, thanks IdolNinja. I'm gonna head over to your website and download GOTR right now.
Cool, thanks IdolNinja. You can grab the latest release here: http://idolninja.com/betadl.php

I could pretty much sing every song in this game because of multiplayer loading screens.
Alright, Saints Row is running wonderfully, if a bit laggy.
Alright, Saints Row is running wonderfully, if a bit laggy.
What are your specs? Did you clear out your prefetch, as well use powertools and the stopwatch test to get it as close as possible to original game speed?
