In post-soviet Russia you get to buy triple A titles for 15 dollars and get 3 indie steam games (about 25$ of total cost) as a gift. (It's a retail store that also sells their games as keys online. Legal and perfectly awesome if you live in a shithole that will not have this game for weeks after release.) Pre-purchased tons of games from that seller and always got my key via email midnight on Europe release date.
Only problem with that is it only lets you pay in some shitty russian-only methods, it doesn't even let you use paypal. [editline]6th November 2011[/editline] Also why the fuck is it that in greenmangaming, for europe, SR3 only goes down to like 39 euros, which translates to 53 fucking dollars.

And maybe shitty methods for you, but for me it's to walk 100 meters to the nearest bus stop, put my cash into a terminal and bam, I have my game. It's not like you can activate russian retail keys outside CIS countries anyway.
A coupon takes it down to 33$ and you get a Steam key because it's a steamworks game. Heh.
What's the coupon?
What's the coupon?
I believe its PERFE-CTPRE-ORDER
It actually goes for 350 руб which is like 11 US bucks.
But that's without 3 indie steam games.
OP works on the game?

I normally don't troll people in video games, but hot damn this was perfect. Okay, scenario: I was flying my plane, this other kid(yes, he sounded like he was 7) was trying to lift off. I accidentally crash into his plane while he's taking off. He gets angry and starts to threaten to hack my account. SCORE! I keep crashing into his planes and claim it was an accident, and he eventually lifts off. I follow him to a different crib in my plane, and he wants to do a coop activity. I decline like 15 times. Finally, he goes up to the helipad. Each time he tries to access his garage, I throw C4 and blow him up. I get my helicopter before him[oppressor], I let him get the vulture. I crash mine into the vulture, I live. Second time, I destroy mine and the vulture. I get MY vulture in the air, and he tries two more times to lift off. He keeps screaming that he's gonna hack me and get his friend to hack me. After awhile of blowing him up he kicks me from the party. :v:
To be honest the game play looks exactly the same as saints row 2. Clunky
To be honest the game play looks exactly the same as saints row 2. Clunky
See pc version of saints row 2 for clunky, Press A turn left in a half a second, proceed to crash into a wall and explode.

Looks like the IS files were incorrect regarding mission count. There are not 25 missions, but actually 47! Also, in-game map:
That's a sexy looking map.
Does the map run on Android? Phone looks like it.
The control scheme for 360 if anyone is interested : http://imageshack.us/g/851/20111104220456.jpg/
Nice, a screenshot button.
There are about 47 missions in SR2, are there not?
All this huge information about the game but still no information about cheats. :v:
All this huge information about the game but still no information about cheats. :v:
All the cheats were posted a few pages back. Apparently all the cheats were left in the IS and some member from the SR forums posted them.
There are about 47 missions in SR2, are there not?
SR2 Missions: 4 Prologue 11 Samedi 11 Ronin 11 Brotherhood 4 Epilogue Ultor 1 Bonus 12 Stronghold (4 for each gang) -- 56 Total Missions
SR2 Missions: 4 Prologue 11 Samedi 11 Ronin 11 Brotherhood 4 Epilogue Ultor 1 Bonus 12 Stronghold (4 for each gang) -- 56 Total Missions
Eh, Strongholds shouldn't really count. They felt more like an activity than an actual mission. Still, minus the 12 and that's 44 missions. That means SR3 has 3 more campaign missions than SR2. :D
There seems to be a lot more to the missions in SR3 than there ever was in SR2. From what we've seen of missions so far they're a lot more elaborate when it comes to setpieces and delivering a unique experience per mission. Obviously there'll be missions that are all about driving some place and killing someone in a boring way. I guess they're going the quality over quantity route this time when it comes to their campaign missions.
does anyone remember the mission in SR2 after you steal the money from ronin casino, you have to buy this weapon that shoots grenades as well as normal bullets (the money laundering mission)? where do i buy it outside that mission?
Just preordered from GreenManGaming. So the key will work with Steam ? :)
was playing SR2 just now. was trying to land my helicopter (it had some damage on it allready) so i set it down at a low speed and as soon as it touches the ground it explodes and i die. i laughed and raged at the same time...
