That link is only my mods that I released individually. You would need to learn how to setup and use the modding tools by gibbed and build your own custom version to do that.
Why not just choose it with the installer when you build your patch?

Don't be a pussy, this one really isn't hard to get. All you have to do is get one kill with each combat method
ie. Headshot, nutshot, Slice-n-dice, roadkill

Check the site lately? I released the final GotR v1.9 on All Saints Day earlier this week (Tuesday.)

seriously though just unlock it normally, you just have to kill people in all the different ways, get a list off the wiki or something

yeah on the downloads page i click the GOTR V1.9 final and it gives me a zip with patch, preload, and preload_anim files. no executable or installer.

Well then, you somehow managed to download the old v1.8 version.

Upgrading GotR should always be forward compatible, so your save files should be just fine with the latest version. Still, it's always a good idea to make a backup of your save files just in case before installing. In very rare instances, there have been minor save issues (like maybe a grand total of twice in 2 years) and each of those I was able to manually fix for the user.

All the new texture work in GotR, including the new splash screens and menu, started way back with an early beta of v1.9 (beta 3 I think) about a year ago. Make sure to take a moment and check out the 120+ new clothing logos as well.

im cheating because im on my 2nd playthrough.
i did a legit run on my first playthrough.
never finished my 2nd playthrough because im too busy accidentally blowing myself up in atomic bomb launching helicopters...
EDIT: cheating because that and i want the awesomest stuff ASAP.

If I play the story before messing around in the open world then it ruins the game for me, personally, don't know why.
