I did that and had one file too but it didn't fix my game.
Okay, I need a view distance slider. My computer isn't powerful enough to show stuff waaay ahead of me. That is all.

I'm having a blast so far, two things I have noticed, as far as I know that is, is that you can't mug people like you could in saints row 2, and you can't pick up pizza boxes on the floor and beat people up with them anymore. Other than that, I'm having a lot of fun.
Why is steam so FUCKING SLOW! I got better speeds than this consistently in 06.

I point a gun at a person, it takes a while. Some just ignore your mugging attempts it seems... Having a ton of fun with this though. PC version runs great.
Edit: And I agree with the DLC issue. Cheats ? HAHAHA no. My other issue is Day One DLC = content that's already in the fucking game and they want me to pay for. Suck my mother fucking dick. You made said content ALONG SIDE THE GAME. Why in the FUCK would I pay for that ? It's part of the damn game you didn't include because you're greedy bastards.
