Since i still running on core 2 duo 3.1 ghz and 4GB DDR3 Ram and a 9800 GTX/GTX + Developer Graphics Card, I can only run it on low which is still pretty fine..
I just got my copy but I'm going to be stuck in school for like another 4 hours.
That cheat DLC is ridicilous, hopefully someone makes a mod to enable them for free soon.

the cheat DLC simply allows you to unlock cheats that you [I]will unlock anyway[/I] early on
it's the same as the Time Saver packs in NFS: Hot Pursuit. You're paying to not unlock them by playing the game.
To be honest I don't understand why everyone is mad about the day 1 DLC.
One of them just unlocks the cheats that you can get in game for you, one lets you buy all three future big DLCs for $20 and the third is just a little weapon pack.

You unlock them in the Extras tab on your phone.

You realise they're the same though right? In fact our dollar is stronger than your dollar a lot of the time. So it's not like your example, at all.

It stutters for me whenever I drive around. And I get near perfect framerate on foot.

I killed a Prof. Genki and it gave me 300,000 bucks. Awesome.
I made a character a week ago or so in the Initiaiton Station, and uploaded him to my account. However, in the full game, it says I didn't.
I just logged into Saints Row.com to check and there he is. Is there something more I have to do in order to use him in-game?

Is the Genki appearance completely random or does he appear in certain spots at certain times or something?
