So... I just recently learned enabling cheats instantly makes getting achievements impossible. Now... that wouldn't bother me much if AUTOsaving wasn't disabled too. I just tried the zombie cheat to see what it was like, and now my character is permanently screwed. :(
I'm kinda unhappy with the framerate I'm getting.
With an i5 750, 4GB RAM, and a 5850, I get around 30-50 (35-45-ish most of the time) FPS at [b]medium[/b] settings @ 1920x1080.
The fuck? I mean even with everything set to low, it still drops down to 30 FPS sometimes.
So i pre-ordered the game a good long while ago.
Been pre-loading the game at a shitty speed since we could.
Finally finished downloading the game today.
Start the game in anticipation.
And.
I keep crashing before i even reach the main menu.
GOD FUCKING DAMNIT.

And to answer his question, depends whether it's CPU heavy or GPU heavy. If it's CPU heavy, no, if it's GPU heavy, then, judging by my own mediocre framerate, no.

Same here. If I turn everything off to low I get 80. Once you start turning up the special effects stuff you see it go down to 65, 50, 45, etc. Not sure why.. but Post-processing is the biggest killer personally.
Should be getting this for 'free' later on, pre-load gogo.

Can't you disable cheats, save game, load game and be able to resume achievements ?
or does the cheat stay on forever ? i assume it doesn't

It doesn't stay on forever, it just permanently marks your character/save file as a cheater. I also saved over my non cheat save file without knowing...

Really? My targets that I shot with the RL just dance for a second and then pull out a gun and stay until they die. How do I explode them?
