Search the area and make sure there's no Gang ops in the zone.
if there is none, you will eventually unlock some activity.
Is it possible to limit your download speed from steam in any way? Even with third-party programs? Right now I can't download Saints Row because whenever I download anything from steam it instantly goes at the full speed our internet connection allows, and that kills the internet for me and my two brothers who'd proceed to beat the shit out of me.

God dam, get me and my friend both get SR3 early and we can't play it together cause the PSN is down so we can't redeem our online passes. :(

[sp]Well, Gat's been with you ever since the beginning, surviving whole tons of various wounds. You rescue him, help him out countless times, etc, and if you're like me, you get pretty damn emotional when he dies. Maybe they did it to put a bit of drama in the game. Like Carlos, and Aisha in SR2. Bit of an emotional trainwreck if you're a puss like me and get all emotional about video games.[/sp]
