It's not in the store (and going by THQ's history, it won't be for a while), it's just if you had registered a copy of the game on steam, it had been unlocked.

If y' goin' by the comment I made on the prior page, I meant that it unlocked at ~11:00PM, not that it's up on the store.
Incidentally, I just played two hours of it and it's technically not even out over here! :v:

it definitly has replayability. took me about 14 hours to complete the story on normal, start to finish without messing around with extra activities and other stuff lying around.
i say get it. if you are a completionist (or just someone who likes to screw around in an open world game) then itll keep you occupied for a while...
plus im guessing having a friend to do everything with makes it 10 times awesomer.

Honestly, I played Saints Row 2 PC no problem for some odd reason, but I heard this ones PC version is great.
I don't understand what you have to do for the assassination target mission, like a crooked cop or something like that. It says to "make some noise" to draw him out, but I drove into the target area being chased by cops will driving a cop car with sirens blaring myself. I tried losing the cops then getting them again inside the area, firing randomly, honking the horn, nothing seems to be drawing him out.
Nevermind, I tested some melee moves on pedestrians and got cops after me, killed cops, got more cops, and the guy spawned.

Yes, it is loads better.
Might have problems right now on an AMD card, but they're working on a driver update that should fix that.

i had this situation with deus ex when it came out. it went on for weeks and it started spreading to other games, too.
best chance is to backup your steamapps folder and reinstall steam from scratch. i haven't ever found a solution for this. fresh install should work wonders, though.

The SR wiki is expecting a little too much about [sp]Gat:[/sp]
[sp]Gat's death is Optional at the end of the game as you can unlock him as a Zombie homie if you choose to kill Killbane and keep the Virus but if you destroy the virus and save Shaundi then he lives and is seen in the Gangstas.... in space mission/ Movie but Gat, Shaundi and Pierce can die in this mission but it is a movie and they aren't really dead.[/sp]
I could tell from a mile away that [sp]Gat in the end wasn't the real Gat.[/sp]
