Is there somebody that can say that there's actually split screen co-op on both PC and consoles?
Why can't I call Oleg as homie? In fact, I can only call Shaundi, Pierce and the crew.

It doesn't run as badly as SR2 for me but it is still bad. I run Skyrim much better than this on near Ultra.

Definitely not. BF3 runs fine on Ultra, this lags like a piece of shit, refuses to load properly and crashes. My friend has the exact same problem.

the game works perfectly for me on ultra as well, i just had to drop shadows to medium and bam i get about 40-50 FPS.

Considering almost everyone else runs the game fine, that's an isolated problem on your end, no fault of the game's optimization. I can run SR3 maxed out just fine, same with plenty other games.

It's made in-house and not ported at all.
Stop calling it a port just because it has a problem with a specific setup or a card.
There are a bazillion combinations of things that could make it run bad. Hardware + software combination. Hardware + Hardware combination. Software + Software combination.
I can't run BF3 on ultra and I run this on ultra.
Send in a bug report and they'll probably look into it. And be sure to have the latest drivers for your GPU and motherboard.
The bad framerate is not a rig problem, it is an actual issue they are working with AMD to fix.
Also SWAT Backup is ammazing, riding with 2 shield guys on your swat van is just cool.

They do appear to have refunded me for the postage, but have provided absolutely no information as to why it hasn't been dispatched yet

Sucks to be you. Big whoop. There will always be problems with certain setups.
As I said, be sure to have the latest drivers on anything related to performance issues and if that doesn't work, file in a bug report.
As has been mentioned, there is a problem with ATI cards, so if that's what you've got that is the problem. Common problem nowadays it seems, always something with dem ATI's.

I had low fps problems at first but I decided to switch to dx10/11 mode and now my fps is 45-60 at all times.
Using a 5770.

You're either really trying too hard to look like an asshole, or you're dense. Games on release are buggy, look at many of this year's releases, Dead Island, Battlefield 3, Skyrim even. Not every game is going to be perfect for every system or aspect, that's why we get patches. If you're going to blindly hate because you're one of the people encountering problems, you should just stop posting.

No idea how it happened but I was able to revive him like a homie, and he started to attack civilians, on my friends screen he was just sliding around on the floor as a dead body, shooting people.
