It's at the Volition Gift Shop by Buy Jove in the NE corner Museum district. It also unlocks to your garage after completing Brotherhood mission 5: Bank Error in your Favor.

Ah, I forgot all about that one :downs:. Thanks. But I didn't seem to unlock it after the mission, nor did I unlock Tobias' outfit in the mission when you burn down the farm.

That is weird. I tested those recently and they unlocked fine. I've heard of issues with unlocks not processing correctly even in vanilla. Someone mentioned that a certain key press on the unlock screen (Esc I think) wouldn't process an unlock, but I could never duplicate it.
At any rate, all the outfits are for sale at On the Rag in the open version so you could just buy it there.

No, gang colors are part of the npc cvtf file which is a binary file that we don't have tools to properly edit yet. These mods replace the actual meshes of the gang homies with other ones.

Wow, that map editor looks fantastic. I sure hope the PC version gets mod tools.
Plus, that first look at the game had some promising graphics.

Those graphics look nice. I was always a sucker for light reflecting off rain.
Also, Snatch is hard as fuck, I was going to say "without an APC," but no, those whores love to get shot apparently.
I know this has probably been said a few hundred times, but I hope the garage space will be larger in Saints Row 3. I had to pass up some cool looking cars because my garage is full.

I don't entirely remember, but I think I had 48 pretty early on.
There is one thing that is really annoying when playing SR2 in co-op.
If you and your friend are gonna use an APC for escorting buddies the buddie takes the second seat and thus inables the second player for taking the gun and being useful.
