try crouching really tight behind a chest-high wall. it should let you shoot at them without them being able to hit you.
either that or just run past them.

Get a chopper and check the roofs.
I recall having problem finding them in that area too and i think they were on a rooftop, check the north part first, if they aren't there check the other roofs.

I just beat the game, I hope those missions packs come out soon I really want to play more missions.
So I just bought this off Greenmangaming (~$36 due to my $5 credit) and I'm having some trouble getting into the game. I put it on Steam and it launches fine, but after the intro cutscene I get this extremely long load time. From what I've read other people had this issue, so I verified my game cache files and I'm gonna try to run it again. It's a weird bug though, has anyone else had this and fixed it?

Not AMDs fault but they are working on a fix. Use DX9

Btw guys, it seems to technically be a port, gound several gui errors that couldnt happen without the mouse hover event.

Verifying the game cache files fixed it when I had that issue
