I got three gold stars in a lot of things during driving because apparently I can be so bad at driving in video games that sometimes it pops to good.
I rammed into an ambulance or something, and Player shot out the windshield but went no further than like 3 feet, but the game was like [B]OH SHIT NEW RECORD 70+ FEET YOU ROCK[/B]
i once got shot out of a car in insurance fraud, and the car glitched out and batted me into the atmosphere
got so much money from that hit that the money claimed in insurance fraud stat in the stats screen is negative $20,000,000 or so

You have to delete all of them and reboot. There aren't specific files that are interfering it's the sheer amount of applications being prefetched that is causing SR2 the problems.
Why are you concerned anyway? It's simply just learned behavior that Windows will relearn in a short amount of time. It might boot and load apps slightly slower the first couple of times you run them. That's it.

Correct. Just make sure you reboot after you clear prefetch, and before you run sr2. Running the game should crate that .pf and sr2 won't have to compete for memory with any other apps that were prefetching. This is something I generally have to do about once every month to keep things running smooth with Win7 and 4Gb of RAM.
You also want to make sure nothing else is running in the background, as much as possible. Even a web browser with multiple tabs could be an issue. Check your task manager to make sure nothing is using a lot of memory to give SR2 as much as you can.

$500 at any of the Image as Designed (plastic surgeon) stores gets you full access back to the character creator to make whatever changes you want.
