I increased Professor Genki's spawn rate from 0.05 to 10000000 and the max number of him to 100 to see if I could get him to spawn [b]everywhere[/b] and he's a lot more common, but no epidemic of him yet.

You can unlock both Cop/Swat (although they're both in the same category) from doing the Activities, but I can't remember what one it is that gives it.
Does anyone know what's the reward for doing all the heli assaults?
Also, you unlock army costume for gangs when you're done with tank mayhems, and maybe other mayhems, but I don't really remember.
At some point are you able to dress your gang members are you can your own player?

Just after you get a Penthouse, and it's only using pre-set outfits. You unlock more pre-sets as you play the game. For example, you unlock the Gimp costumes when you get Zimos.

Yeah, when Pierce asks what the Deckers are wearing, Female voice one says something about a fashion line, while the Russian voice says some philosophical shit that Oleg would say.
Oleg also talked about Pierce being as smart as him and shizzle.
So what is the story missions like? I've done 16 of them and a lot of people are saying that most of them are activity's? Are they really?
Also is the story good or disappointing? Right now it seems rushed or something

I would like to know how IdolNinja packs his files so that entire cache files don't have to be overwritten, but he doesn't accept friend requests and I'd rather not be blocked from any future help.
So if you [sp]don't blow up the morningstar tower early in the game[/sp] can you use it as a crib or stronghold that you can upgrade?
