Those are fake Genki's there just for the mission. There are a bunch of mascots all over that area.

Yeah it'll still work, though [sp]aside from choosing the killbane ending you need to do the mission after that called stag party to unlock it, stag party gives you a black vtol, the stag armor, and some other shit[/sp]

There's no replaying missions in this.
If you check the leaked DLC list from a while back, one of them allows you to get all the items that you didn't choose. For example, the Apoca-Fists. Kinda annoying... I hope they see how mad many people already are at the DLC that is already in the game but needs to be unlocked (Vampire DLC, Shark Attack DLC, etc) and just decide to patch in mission replays or something.
