Its not OP at all. It takes like 5+ seconds for the shark to kill the person. Compared to a full-auto shotgun, its useless. Even at the start of the game I didn't use it... I can pull off an instant headshot with the pistol, or wait 5+ seconds for a shark to come.
Its just fun.

I am confused. Surely this isn't a lame sexual joke. But the shark does take like 5 seconds to arrive after you shoot the weapon, and only attacks the one person you shot. So I can't pick out what else you are saying.
