Do previous instances of the activities to unlock newer ones.
Seriously, most of the questions asked about this game in this thread can be simply solved with, "Just play the fucking game."
Except that isn't what I fucking asked. I asked WHICH activity is there so I know what to play to unlock it.
I've already beat the game now I'm just 100%ing it. How about you actually read what I say instead of being a dick?
It's a gang operation. Run around and look for a giant group of them.
Thanks, Jax.
Well, played and beat this, Steam says 20 hours. Not bad, did most of the side activities and things to do. Overall I feel a little disappointed, I'd give it an 8/10
Do both endings, you'll feel a lot more satisfied.
Hell yeah. Take that you emo punks, this part of Steelport is MINE.
[sp]So you either get a shitey piece of cloth, or fists that can blow up cars in one hit
there HAS to be something else for the mask.[/sp]
Apparently it sets people on fire if you taunt in their direction while wearing it
Apparently it sets people on fire if you taunt in their direction while wearing it
That's still rather useless.
The fists are cool for the sillyness factor but blowing up people into a gooey red mess isn't as satisfying as beating them to a pulp or whacking them with a dildo bat.
Talking to people that probably know more than me, it's more than likely not going to change with your graphics card. As long as your GPU supports the pixel shaders being used to render the SSAO, you're only going to see minor differences. So yeah, just turn it off. :v:
Fair enough! Though that makes me wonder if DoF is rendered differently on different cards as well. When I put mine on High it sorta just mass blurs everything. Witcher 2 had the DoF thing down pretty well, but thats like the Crysis of RPG games at the moment, so maybe its different across game engines?

The mask is hilarious and awesome
stop being a downer
How is the port? Better than SR2? Better than GTA IV? Better than JC2(doubt that)?
Snipe;33410724']
Replaced Angel with Genki (Friendly Version).
DL is in Youtube vid description. Genki's friendly NPC was called "GenkiGood", if you were wondering xD.
I fucking love you.
EDIT
Nyah I did it wrong, I'll just keep my homies as mascot Genki's.
They are a stupid color but whatever.

Its not a port.

I agree, it would me more fun if they would fly away like they did with the pimpslap.
I found an "easter-egg" in one of the cribs (I think it was the Brothel, but it may have been the casino) where in the bathroom, one of the magazines has a nude-pic of Shaundi on it.
It's rare when the game company itself begins making the rule34.

It's not rule 34, it's an official picture that was made for the Playboy magazine.

Close enough.
Turns out they use textures from the same place I do

Check the wall in zimos's crib
Typed in GenkiGood into Angels NPC and it just had a empty car at the end of the road :\
Also was Pierce a gigantic fucking asshole in Three Way for you guys too?
When I played he just kept getting downed every 2 minutes.
Is the PC port any good? Sorry but I can't be bothered to go back to the last few 100 pages.

Yeah he did that for me too. Mostly because he was [sp] playing tag with the 20 tanks that showed up [/sp]
Is the PC port any good? Sorry but I can't be bothered to go back to the last few 100 pages.
According to the developers and the players, yes, it is good.
Port is fine
I suppose this is what you can expect from Saints Row.

That's the genius of the Saint's Row. It probably just generated a random ped model and it happened to be an old lady, which, in any other game, would probably break the immersion. But in SR:TT's Steelport it makes sense and is hilarious because of it.
Its not a port.
Alright, then how is the performance, controls, interface and PC-exclusive features like graphics settings, etc?
Fair enough! Though that makes me wonder if DoF is rendered differently on different cards as well. When I put mine on High it sorta just mass blurs everything. Again, it's probably dealing with each engine and the pixel shaders. The engine would be the largest determining factor. Some games probably have better DoF coding than others, like a dynamic depth to where it blurs based on how close the object you're looking at is. Which, from the sounds of it, SR3 doesn't have. :v:
Though, currently, with SSAO, you can expect the same effect across all engines. All SSAO I've seen in games has just been that ugly black drop shadow or aura around the object when it's close to a wall or whatever.

s'good as long as you don't use ati
but i think they've fixed that already
s'good as long as you don't use ati

Why do the people always say that? I've never had any problems with my ATI (though I haven't played SR3 yet)
Why do the people always say that? I've never had any problems with my ATI (though I haven't played SR3 yet)
because a lot of people had trouble with ati cards and this game, i'm pretty sure they've fixed it by now though
seriously i have no clue. i have this on xbox
I'm on ATI XFX Radeon HD 5670, no problems since launch really. [sp](okay, the ending cutscene of 'The Ho Boat' sometimes just freezes, stutters the last words then repeats the last letter or something similar, then crashes the PC entirely, which must be manually restarted (ie. "I AM THE CZAR, I AM THE WALKING APPPPPPPP--"-silence, black screen-)[/sp]
