I also see cars trying to drive over the various bridges onto the island, but falling straight into the water.
And some NPC's that spawn on the bridges fall in, like [sp]the one assassination target that's going to commit suicide.[/sp] When I got there he spawned and fell straight into the water, with a ring of cops around him.

Sometimes a car or two can spawn if you're going really fast. If you ride your hoverbike there in jet mode, they might occasionally spawn before the zombies do.
How do i streak ?
I heard you had to press a key when naked to start the activity but i can't find the key in the options, searching in google also doesn't help since it's mostly videos of it but not explaining out to start it or people asking how to do it in SR2.

It's one of those types of messages that doesn't have a background, it's just transparent text. So it is very easy to miss.
I don't actually get why you people think it's a bad thing that people drive to their deaths by driving over the lifted bridges. It's funny.
It's a feature, you can't get all the stunt jumps without the bridges up.

They could add something interactive on the side of the bridges to lower them down.
Or even have them lower as soon as you make the jump stunt.
I don't mind having them like that though, but it did bother me in some the vehicle theft missions

Genki respawns, yes. And run over his corpse once dead or look for a shiny block on the ground.

I don't care about people killing themselves but usually after riding over a lifted bridge it fucks up my ride and sometimes I lose my car altogether from the train tracks.

The hostages thing was explained in the first mission. Did you pay attention to the tutorials on the screen at all?
And I think the key to do a wheelie is unbound by default.
