I hated that assassination. Even with a muscle car, you have to upgrade it to look the part as well. I spent like 30 minutes running around, looking and trying each car. I know they appear around the assassination area

Finally got Saints Row the Third. I think I am on the part where you start helping the 3 new members of the Saints. Also, I took a car while I had a minigun, and the minigun went up. I mean it literally was floating up to the sky.
