Also, I've already completely conquered all the Morning Star territory (I started the game just a few nights ago and this is the first day I could actually dedicate towards playing the game). I just need to dominate the Deckers and Luchadore's territory then get all collectibles before I consider myself ready to continue the story. I'm considering doing the Assassination and Car Theft missions, but seeing as they don't count towards 100% and it seems like it's easy enough to get all upgrades without the money from doing them I'm leaning towards, well, not doing them.

There's a mod that lets you customize any vehicle, but it doesn't work on things like the VTOLs or helicopters. I'll see if it works on planes.

You can modify planes, but some are limited. Like on the A-10 you can only really upgrade the performance and change the window tint.

I'd be happy with a permanent way of accessing [sp]Condor VTOLs. Not as fancy as their jet counterparts with their giant Fuck You laser, but they're still neat and can carry a lot of gang members,[/sp] and if you [sp]drive off STAG[/sp] you can't get more without cheating and thus disabling achievements, AFAIK.
Come to think of it, a mod to let me drop off Saints / Homies from an attack vehicle would be neat, particularly so you can be in a role of providing air support to a bunch of ground troops. Or for just watching a battle from above and deciding who lives and who dies. I also kinda want to deploy them as paratroopers from a plane, but there's like one non-VTOL plane with guns and I can't imagine me [i]not[/i] accidentally blowing up my gang on the first strafing run I make with it.
