The vehicular homicide in this game is indeed not very good, at low and sometimes medium speeds, normal cars won't do any damage, nor make people go ragdoll, while doing this at high speed, they will go crazy and be partially stuck in your car before being violently forced out of it(not always).

Steal a tank and use it to FUCK EVERYTHING. Hell, I just stole an APC and that alone let me kill almost everything.
