Like most electronic music, it's hit and miss. I mean, god only knows what would happen if every Experimental track was like Renard's "Organ Fondling Fetish".
I usually don't listen to dubstep, I listen to music to feel relaxed and constant wubbing doesn't help for that. Still, such irritating music could help you with games because it gives you an adrenaline pumped state, even if it decreases your concentration.

There's was a metric fuck-ton of planned DLC leaked waaaaaaaay back, before the game came out and it was, like, late-August, early-September, that kind of area. Probably back to about page 150. IdolNinja had just finished his sliders, and it was about half a month before the Initiation Station was released.

It wasn't really a metric fuck-ton. Most of it was small 3-item shit, like a Bloodsucker Pack that only gives you the ability to bite someone's neck and a cash/respect bonus (pointless since most of us have beaten the game and have enough cash/respect).
The only full mission DLC we know about is the 3 DLCs mentioned in the Season Pass.
