I don't think you can play with anyone who doesn't have the pre-order DLC, I guess it is because it would be like mods; it would not show up for them. Through, modding it would be illegal if it is planned to be released as a DLC later.

I tried to take out a gang activity with it. I strafed it about 10 times before I just went and got a Hind.

Figured out how to win every trafficking mission with no difficulty:

-Spawn N-Forcer or Crusader or some tank that can hold 2 people.
-Place tank by activity start and start the activity
-When activity starts the tank will be where you left it. Get out of the car and go to it.

I hit level 50 and bought all the upgrades. I can literally fall from the top of the tallest building, while on fire, hit the ground, and get up. It's HILARIOUS. Also infinite ammo and no reloads.

Nyte Blayde stuff, Pre-order stuff, Shark gun and hat, the DLC cheats, Zimos' pimpin' outfit and cane (as a weapon), a warrior pack (which inlcudes that suit of armor from the prior page), and I think a pack of enemy gang outfits (not too sure about this one, haven't gone about unlocking it)

There's about seven weeks of the forty weeks of DLC thing, I think.

I don't understand why people assume that because the files are included in your game already that its a rip-off to have to pay for the DLC. They do that otherwise you wouldn't be able to play co-op with someone because they don't have the same content as the other player.
