This is amazing. I just wish the N-Forcer had a beam like the Crusaders.
Peirce can't drive the Crusader worth shit, but the beam is too fun and effective to trade for a lowly MG.

A lot of people think it is just lame to charge for content that is on your computer from launch. Many people believe that DLC should only ever be for content that is NOT in the game at launch, that was finished/created after the game was released. I'm definitely one of those people. Of course it has to be on everyone's computer once it is added to the game, but its the fact that it was there from launch that is the problem.
Its also a slap in the face to see that everyone that pirated the game has full access to all the DLC automatically, while everyone that paid for the game and doesn't want to mess with the game files can't use it yet. Its just yet another case of hurting the people that pay for your game, while aiding those that steal it (as seen in many DRM cases, such as where those that stole the game could launch it directly, while those that paid for it have to launch an extra annoying application before running, etc).
I'm still gonna trade for all the DLC, but it just pisses me off.

You must be joking, they improved this game so much. SR3 is simply fantastic, it's in my personal top 5 for this whole year.

driving in this game is very good IMO.
much better to SR2 PC. the cars went like 3000 miles an hour (pretty much everything went 3000 miles an hour) and they turned on DIMES so combine super turns and 3000 mile an hour speed made driving near impossible in SR2.
much better in SR3.

you know what you should try?
1. get the airplane crib
2. type in the no vehicle damage (infinite car health: vroom)
3. drive around the streets of steelport and run over everything.
and for more fun go and divebomb random cars and see what happens.
this only works when you have the vroom cheat enabled or else you will just die instantly.
so just make sure not to save.

once you have large ownership of an area saints start spawning around the owned area.

I've completed the main story and own over 50% of every neighborhood, but I never see them anywhere but clubhouses or scripted in missions.
Even with 100% on everything, I've never seen them driving around. They still just spawn around Planet Saints stores and stuff like that. But tons of them will collect in those areas.
I'm kinda wondering if the Saints' vehicles might be bugged. I almost never saw them use my gang vehicles, they always kept showing up in pickup trucks. And they don't drive around aimlessly. Maybe in a future patch they'll start using the vehicles we chose, and drive around in them rather than just showing up in them for firefights.
I never see them driving, I see them walking though, and sometimes they hi-jack random cars off the street and drive those around.

well then i dont really know.
they wont spawn if it is just a bunch of random blocks are owned. its gotta be a bunch of areas all bunched up for them to spawn.
i really only noticed saints spawning on the street at around 75-100%.
