How the hell do you have Saints on your map?
My game must be broken, the only time they ever appear is in certain missions or when I call them.
I see Saints on my map all the time. Not in hordes mind you, but 2 or 3. They'll usually be outside your businesses and sometimes on the streets.
but you never actually see them driving around in cars which is kinda dumb
is it possible to unlock STAG armor of some sort?
would be awesome to have, really.

What DLC was I suppoed to get wit hthe season pass?
Actually, Saints do drive around, but rarely, and with various color schemes but purple, I've seen Saints with black criminals, brown Influegos and beige Sentinels.
What the hell Saints, have you forgotten your colors!?
Hmm you guys aren't seeing any of your Saints?
Guess I stole them all

Is there a cheat for pratfalls? I really want to do some ragdoll falling off tall buildings.

There is, although it may just be in the DLC cheats.
Well, while playing a new save, I pissed off STAG again. Stole the Crusader tank, and took another one of their tanks to blow shit up. While going into the water(they couldn't destroy the damn tank), I was swimming and I saw the Condor VTOL land...in THE FUCKING WATER. That surprised me. Needless to say, the people in the VTOL got out, and the aircraft fell.
Why did they make the gasmask into a hat? It's like someone at volition fucked up one line of code and so it became a hat while it was clearly designed to be in the same category as the face bandana.
The bloody thing is even designed so that it would not collide with hats.
Welp, I guess that Idolninja will fix that in Gentlemen of Steelport.
Is it possible to lose quick-time events? I noticed I don't actually have to press the mouse buttons during them.
Ah thanks for the clarification.
anyone figure out who won that astrogaming dtoid contest?

I wish my computer could run this game. Well, it might, but the most modern game I've run was DoW: Retribution on all middles and some highs.
Think I should test my luck (and my wallet, which is empty but I'm awfully good at coaxing money from people)?
A must watch SR3 review for all Saints Row fans. Seriously guys watch this review.

Did he seriously say that the gangs felt more unique in SR2? All the gangs were completely identical in SR2, outside of cutscenes and apart from their looks. They all acted the same way, they used the same weapons, same tactics and were all completely the same to fight. In SR3, the way you fight each gang is completely different, they all use different tactics and have different specialists.

"Graphics in SR3 look barely different than SR2" hahahaha that is one of the worst game reviews I've ever seen.
I felt the gangs in the third weren't as detailed, but they certainly were unique, especially the Deckers.
It was only Phillipe, Matt, Killbane, and the DyWynter Sisters. There was no other notable members in the gangs, which I was disappointed with.

Well he is reviewing the Xbox version.
I don't understand, Angry Joe is usually a good reviewer.
"Oh no, a reviewer I like has a different opinion than me, he must suddenly suck"
He gets mad at that ninja for the Deckers is too powerful.
All you have to do is run up to them and press attack so then your character drops them to the ground and you can shoot them.
why is this game so easy
on hardcore with a fully upgraded ultimax, I can kill any brute extremely fast (15-20 seconds), or just track their head with the togo, or spam fully upgraded shepherds, or spam fully upgraded tek-z 10s
really hoping for a difficulty mod
try playing hardcore with no upgrades related to weapons and damage reduction upgrades
just doing zimo's first trafficking is balls hard
well I mean, the game doesn't scale well at all
you're basically invincible at 40% into the story
can you turn off upgrades after already getting them?

freedom of choice in SR2?
you made no choices in SR2. you make several choices in SR3.
get out.

angry joe is awful
From a logical stand point, SR3 may feel stripped down because they completely re-did their game. They used a brand new engine, made a brand new city, focused on the atmosphere by actually changing the game world based upon your actions and focused on the craziness. And by the time that was all done they said, "Oh shit, we are running out of time" and had to do what they could to make the game feel longer.
Point is, if SR4 uses Steelport once again, they'll probably do the same thing they did with SR2 and use the same engine, expand the city, and then work only on the campaign and side activities and maybe add in a few weapons and clothing. That's really it.
They had more people working on SR2 too, and that was done within 3 years after SR1's release (they actually started work on SR2 in 2005, before SR1 released back in 2006) and SR3 was worked on for 3 years too with less people. There is just no way it can have the same amount of content as SR2.
"Oh no, a reviewer I like has a different opinion than me, he must suddenly suck"
I'm not talking about opinion. SR3 looking miles better than SR2 is not an opinion.
