Because the non-cheat upgrades were permanent? I know, it's funny to think that if most of the upgrades are permanent, then the last few would be, too, but y'know, it happens. Besides, the devs probably have more important things to do than fuck with a select few upgrades. Like, y'know, the usual post-release bugfixing, making sure the upcoming Mission Packs come out on time, then there are the people at Volition who are busy working on Guillermo del Toro's Insomnia/Insanity/Whatever the fuck it's called game. So, y'know, if they're not willing to "fix" this, they're not willing to fix it. Don't like it? Don't buy their next game/DLC. Y'know, that whole "vote with your wallet" BS (I fucking hate that term because I think it's pretentious, but it's the only term that applies). End of fucking story.

I'd still prefer being able to toggle on/off the upgrades in the DAMAGE section only.
Current Status on the Upgrades Debate: Certain ones should be toggleable.

I'd imagine there'll be loads of enemies that attack by punching you in the balls, which is your only weakness.

It is probably a new gamehsow. Genki lookalikes with an insane arsenal and 100,000 dollars walking on the street, followed by cameras. Everyone's free to attack 'em. If someone manages to kill 'em, they get the money. If not, well, the TV viewers can still appreciate the spectacular fight.

Well its been 3 weeks and they released a 2 DLC packs. If they repeat that process, most likely January 3rd. Which also could mean Genkibowl on the 3rd. They never announced when in January it will release though.
