I really hope there is at least one Non-american player voice. The inclusion of an English accent in SR2 really made the game for me. It was the only voice that sounded truly badass.
Apart from Gat, of course.

Eliza Dushku probably had too much on her schedule to be able to record new lines. I don't see how money would be a problem since they managed to shell out for other celebrities and "celebrities", like the recently announced Hulk Hogan and Sasha Grey.

If it makes you feel better, I had to go without any sort of white American accent in Saints Row 2.
I would like to see an Asian voice option for Boss. But yeah, what will the Female boss say to Shaundi when she drops her.

See, during that entire video, while I was thinking of some normal things occasionally like "Will QTEs really work, or will they still be a gimmick like most other games that have them?" or "Oh hey, those are some nice death animations.", the thought that I just couldn't get out of my head through the entire video was "What will this look and sound like with my morbidly obese transvestite woman with a man's voice taking the place of Boss?"
It will sound like awesome ofcourse.
I'd really like to pre-order it on Steam, but I'm a bit scared for the pc port now...

My first playthrough will be my normal looking male boss, while my second being normal looking female boss with cheats, and third being my obese male black character with a female voice.
The gameplay looks awesome, but the cutscenes, ugh. The animations are ridiculously stiff (especially Phillipe, he looks like a robot when he stabs Gat) and the lipsynching isn't even kinda close

I hope they keep the Hispanic voice actor, he just fit my character's look really good.
The different voice actors is going to REALLY bug me. I'm glad there's a white american voice now (that's what I probably would have chosen in SR2 if it was an option) but I'd like to be able to use the same voice as my previous characters.
And why even call that new Character Shaundi? Doesn't look or sound anything like her.

Physics in SR2 are fucking awesome.
About an hour or so ago, i was driving really fucking fast in a random sports car, and i crashed into this little small object which i did not really see very well, so to be honest i have no idea what it was, but anyway, the car then flew up in the air like fucking crazy, spinning around and all that, and then, it hit into a vertical wall, wheels first, now at this point i was still holding accelerate, and guess what happened.

I kid you not, you can drive up completely vertical surface's if your car is lands right and is fast enough.
That, is fucking, awesome.
Also, Johnny Gat somehow manages to be more badass than the damn protagonist.
