Get Gentlemen of the Row.
Got Saints Row 2 for the PC because I was excited for the 3rd one. Boy am I a fucking idiot.
we told you bro, we told you about the pc port.
Does Gentlemen of the Row fix the driving? That's the main thing bothering me, I can't drive cars, I keep crashing into stuff because of that handling.
I would also like to see something on the Deckers, we don't even know what they look like yet.
http://www.flickr.com/photos/theinshow/5811112937/ They look like the kind of people that every Hot-Topic-shopping junior hipster WANTS to grow up to be... I think killing them is going to be a lot of fun.

It moderately fixed the lag, but the driving kills the game. If you so much as tap the left or right key, the car will crash or go off road.
I have a feeling that once you complete the Professor Genki activity you will unlock the Manapault, so if you don't care about the outfit and the Octopus gun, it's probably not worth the pre order if you can get it with birthday money the next day. I could be wrong though.
I care about the octopus gun, that is pretty much the only thing that I want from the preorder, but the outfit I could do without. I don't know why they would give you the Manapult normally, I think it would be used for Professor Genki activities, and be unavailable outside his side missions unless you preorder or possibly as DLC.
So, any mods to fix that?
Dunno, that's the thing I want the most too.
So, any mods to fix that?
I think I remember IdolNinja saying that there was an optional mod or that it was included with, that would fix the driving. But I don't know for sure.
Does Gentlemen of the Row fix the driving? That's the main thing bothering me, I can't drive cars, I keep crashing into stuff because of that handling.
There is an optional handling mod bundled with the latest v1.9 beta of Gentlemen of the Row which decreases the vehicle sensitivity for kbam users. There is also another kbam-centric optional mod called sticky camera that stops the game from trying to recenter your view all the time; since you're using a mouse to continuously change viewing angle yourself. Is there a good way to disable the speedhacks? I tried powertools but it makes cutscenes crash the game.
This one?
I don't know why but I never heard my character singing this song.
Next Thursday, August 11th, you'll want to tune into Spike TV and catch the newest episode of GameTrailers TV. They recently dropped by Volition's studio to find out just what they have planned for Saints Row: The Third come November, and there may even be some new information revealed! Check your local listings for channel and broadcast times.
http://www.gametrailers.com/show/gametrailers-tv
I got the pc version. works marvelous :D
Is there a good way to disable the speedhacks? Update your libraries and/or try running windowed instead of fullscreen. More info and links in the SR2 PC FAQ: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1715922
Does anyone know if the Platinum Pack is exclusive to the US only?
Does anyone know if the Platinum Pack is exclusive to the US only?
North America only.
So, any mods to fix that?
There is a dirivng mod that changes the driving but it's still pretty shit, what you want to do is to go into the options and set "controller sensitivity" to minimum. This will make driving less oversensitive but when tagging your spray paint will move pretty fucking slow but that is minor. The main thing that fucks up driving is just the shitty PC port.
Driving isnt really that hard when you want to turn just use the handbrake
The controls just happen to be over sensitive unless tweaked a bit.
I did both of those. Same problem.
Are you using the Steam version of SR2? Powertools will only work correctly with Steam and no other versions. Also, did you try the latest beta? http://saintsrowpowertools.com/beta.html If you are using that beta, did you try the stable rev5 release?

I can't wait to play the co-op of this game with my friends.
I can't wait to play the local co-op of this game with my friend. Yep, hope is last to die.
There are no plans for local co-op or split-screen.
