Jesus christ, you don't have to buy the DLC. The main story is on the disc, the DLC will just be extra missions and shit that wont really have anything to do with the main story. It'll most likely be new clothes, vehicles and a side storyline.

The way you worded your last post, you made it seem like they were going to rip existing content out for the 40 weeks of dlc mentioned in that article, not just the preorder bonuses.
