So, I've finally decided to get SR2.
IT'S SO DAMN FUN. The ragdolls that look like they're straight out of a Hitman game, the endless customisation (I've modded a Bootlegger to look like the Interceptor from Mad Max!), the sheer amount of weapons and all the crazy shit you can do... It's simply awesome.
Can't wait for SR3.

Playing The 2nd one, looks great, cars are too fast of course, too much realism is bad. Hard to get used to using the xbox controller though.

It's not that the cars are too fast, it's that they accelerate WAY too fast and in my opinion that's going far too much away from the realism, where it just ends up being annoying instead of fun. It's hard to properly drive when as soon as you press the accelerate button, the car is pretty much already going at full speed.

No it's not, the speed bug would make everything really fast, which is not the case for me. It's just the PC version is such a horrible port that they didn't even adapt the controls to the binary type controls of a PC.
My cars work fine, and I'm using the PC version. Acceleration is completely normal as far as I can tell.

Also if we have a new gang member to help with each gang - so far it's Angel de la Muerte for Luchadores, Kenzie Kinsington for the Deckers - then Zimos must be the Morning Star character.
Saints Row 3, the only game that lets Tommy Wiseau shoot mind control Octopi at Luchadores, then fly off on his laser hoverbike.
