Some of those DLC outfits sound cool I guess, like the Futuristic Soldier one.
Eh, I'm spoiled rotten and I have money to spare. I'll probably look into them.
If cheats are the only important (in that it was something that, in normal games, should have been in the game in the first place and not as DLC) thing I have to pay for (that is, if it becomes available as more than just a pre-order bonus for buying it at a certain place), that's fine by me. Since I probably won't be playing this until around Christmas time (because I'll be too busy with Skyrim), I should be able to afford whatever DLC THQ and Volition throw at me with the money I get for Christmas.
If this game is anywhere near what I'm expecting it to be, I have no problem getting DLC for it.
This happened in SR 2 and maybe even in SR 1 (I don't remember).
I know, but it means that singing along with the radio is back and she started humming along almost instantly when she jumped into the car even though the song wasn't just beginning.
I don't mind there being a cheat DLC pack as long as there are SOME cheats in the base game Car mass hole, wrath of god, pedestrian war, and invincibility are non-negotiable
What's this?
Once Bitten... Braaaaaaains 25 Complete 'Zombie Attack'.
Awww yeah zombies
I don't mind there being a cheat DLC pack as long as there are SOME cheats in the base game Car mass hole, wrath of god, pedestrian war, and invincibility are non-negotiable
I never got the appeal of Wrath of God. It doesn't really do much.
Christ, last page was spoilerific. Not looking at this thread anymore. Eugghh,[sp]Space was spoiled, and pretty much gat dying. makes sense with the zombie cheat like in the last games with dead characters. Fucking hell guys, tag that shit. In my opinion you guys are fucking up your enjoyment of the playthrough.[/sp]

It would seem, with this, that achievment I posted and the new voice zombification, they're just trying to add some more zombies. Who's to say they're not just going with Gat 'cause he's meant to be the Boss' bro?

Where do you see anything of a [sp]zombie gat?[/sp]
Where do you see anything of a [sp]zombie gat?[/sp]
Some company made a pre order pack with all the character plushies including a [sp]zombie Gat[/sp]. [editline]28th September 2011[/editline]
I'm hoping that [sp]The Zombie Gat thing is an unlockable homie in the Zombie Uprising game they have in here.[/sp] Ninja'd
Would actually make a lot of sense seeing as he is being advertised everywhere.
A [sp]Zombie Gat[/sp] homie is also the most expensive respect upgrade according to ~secret sources~ (some guy that went to Eurogamer) He mentioned that you can see the things you unlock, so unless that changes, I think it's just a silly thing you can get.
2 [sp]zombies[/sp] fucking up Steelport. Im okay with this.
If the game is packed with shitloads of content to begin with. Then I don't mind if they release like 80-120 microsoft point packs of costumes that they couldn't fit in the game or haven't though of during development. They shouldn't however release story mission DLC within the first few months when the game comes out. Because that just comes out as something they should've put in the game in the first place and would anger a lot of people. However this is coming from a guy who shells out money for Rock Band songs and Little Big Planet costumes. Mostly because they are fairly priced.
I hope that if there is a huge zombie outbreak mission where zombies are going through the city I hope it's not like "OH EVERYBODY IS ZOMBIE NOW." I hope it's more "Oh shit zombies are attacking people left and right. I better go kick people and watch as the zombies eat them while striking a sweet pose."

Same personality and all just a bit zombified? So as if he wasn't un-killable enough, now he's a fucking zombie.[/sp]

If it's $1 or $2, then I'll probably end up grabbing a lot of it as that seems fair. I've also spent quite a bit on Rock Band songs as well as they're fairly inexpensive individually.

Well, You Know Who is a respect unlock, which means it can't be tied directly into the story. You can unlock ALL the respect perks just by grinding long enough, so in theory he'd be available at any time in the game. In other words, no, I don't think You Know Who is actually going to die in this game.
Why do people keep spoiler tagging stuff that doesn't really need to be spoiler tagged? It's not like you actually know what is going to happen, it's just what you think is going to happen, so basically stop thinking like that or get out.
I think [sp]zombie gat[/sp] will be part of a "different way" where [sp]gat dies[/sp]. I also think you have to call an [sp]"Eye for an eye"-service[/sp] like in SR2.
Seriously it's not like we know what's going to happen, people saying "Gat dies" makes it sound like they know, but nobody knows since nobody has played it. (Well nobody of the general public anyway)

Also [sp]The zombie cheat was in the previous titles, it would always give you a companion that was zombified. Guess what, both characters died in the plot. Zombie Lin, zombie Carlos. [/sp]
The Mix is coming back  It doesn't really make sense for a station based in Stilwater to also be airing in Steelport but who cares.
[sp]I accidentally spoiled gat possibly dying for myself, hope they clone him or something :V[/SP]
The achievement list got leaked with potential story spoilers. I'd suggest not looking them up/avoiding this thread for another week.
We've already seen them. I especially like the name of the Mayhem achievement. [sp]Fence Killa 2k11[/sp] [editline]29th September 2011[/editline] You know what should be in SRTT? Glowing canes (and this song) Put it on an endless loop in Impressions.
I hope they have the Evil Cars cheat. It fucked up story missions good, but I'd turn it on and try and make it from A to B without dying. It was really, really fun.
It sounds funny though that cheat, Evil Cars, makes it seem like the driver doesn't drive anymore because the car has a mind of it's own.
