D6 is amazing, on a single run I've had these things happen.
Find treasure room, Monstro's Tooth rerolled to Roid Rage.
Find secret room on same level, My Little Unicorn rerolled to 1UP.
Another secret room, Book of Belial rerolled to noose.
Fight Envy in Womb2, get Shoop Da Whoop as prize, reroll to Mini Mushroom.
D6 is best item.

The sin bosses should be more related to that sin, currently you only get to Greed by trying to get into a shop, but for the rest it's unrelated. It could be cool if it was more like that, IE Pride would appear in those arenas and Gluttony would appear while trying to pick up a food item.
Also, only Gluttony has anything to do with his sin as he's, well, gluttonous. It would also be cool if they looked the part.

Yeah, but until you identify those potions, you don't know which is which. It's the same with Pills in this game. The type of pill that gives the effect is random, the effects are fixed. Tarot I think is fixed, but has a general amount of luck on whether the effect is good or bad for some.

Tarots are all fixed. Except for Hermit, it can either tele you to the shop or the miniboss room.
Fuck, this game is awesome and I enjoy watching it, but it's just too disturbing for me to play by myself...

Jesus fuck, died at the mom with really good unlocks. No, not the mom's heart. THE FUCKING LEG, I WAS SO CLOSE ARGH
For mom, kill enemies that home in on you, leave everything else alone, then pick a corner and stay there the entire fight, enemies that wander about tend to go to a corner and not move from there and she can only spawn 3-4 enemies, so if they're all useless then you can just focus on moving slightly out of the way each foot slam while staying clear of the doors.
God damn, why are the bosses I'm getting suddenly powered up with Speed and Damage+? I came across that giant maggot boss (can't remember name who cares) and he would spawn those pods that would grow and spit bullets rapidly. Agh
