The bible makes you fly / kill Mom, the book of revelations gives you a soul heart when you use it. Also I only ever find the cat in womb 2 devil room, which is kinda annoying because I want to try to do a run with him.

With the bible it's easy. Just had the 2 best runs of my life in the last 10 minutes, both were ruined by Gurdy. I haven't beat him once

Thing is, people, the only "boy" achievement I have is Basement, and I'm trying to get them all one by one. My friend who made the title screen didn't get that, y'see!

Woo finally beat Mom for the first time! Isaac with: Technology Mom's Eye Charm of the Vampire My Little Unicorn My Little Unicorn was actually pretty useless after the first couple bosses, but the rest was essentially god mode versus Mom. Tons of enemies to kill for free health, plus you can stand in the middle of the room and do double damage against Mom since you shoot in two directions. It also helped to farm goblins for health every time I found a room with them.

At the room at 8:30 into the vid, where you were panicking with so many maggots, you could have just chilled out over a hole using your ladder :v: Same again at 9:20, would have not failed.

He starts with 0 red hearts and 3 blue hearts, he is unable to gain or pick up red hearts. If you beat the game with him, Isaac gains his starting item.

I just completed the game as ???, and god damn,[b] it was amazing[/b]. The fact that any wrong move could result in my death left me on-edge the whole time (okay, not really, I had plenty of metal hearts :v:), and the rush from knowing that you just beat the whole damn game with him? Fucking amazing.

What does Mom yell during the boss fight if you're playing as Maggy or Cain? Like, usually she yells "Isaaaaaac!!!"
