Oh my god I had three great runs that ended horribly. The first one I was fighting Pestilence and he got stuck in the wall becoming unkillable. The next two I died in the womb. This game is the second game to give me an ulcer.

This game looks fun. Is it made by Team Meat or Cryptic Sea? They both have kinda the same art style.
I had Mini Mush, Mr. Mega and Book of Shadows.
Then got Skeleton Key and Bombs Are Key. It was awesome, but then I died again as always.

Some enemies get extra attacks too, usually more bullets in their normal attack.
I think most of it is for enemies in the womb.

Hate this little bastard. Was going for basement boy achievement, defeated last boss, and backtracked to some rooms to get some items. And then this fly happens.
this game isn't counting all my mom kills
it says I have 3 and I'm 99% sure I've killed the heart 5 times
