Finally got to Mom's heart. Beat it with Cain, full damage, lil chub, bobby, wire coat hanger and yum heart. It was insane.
Guys I found this dead cat's head and I'm not taking it, considering you people keep talking about "Woah you beat the game with the cat?" and such haha :v:
What should I do with it?
Nevermind, it's and item called Tammy's Head. Kinda useful. But what cat are you guys referring to?

There's a decapitated cat body (don't recall the name) you get buy from Death. It gives you nine lives, but leaves you with one heart container. Since the room you die in resets, it makes later boss fights a bitch without picking up faith hearts or having a means of upgrading your health.
Whenever i use the D6 to reroll an item, i get something to either increase my strength or something that affects my bullets, like the slow down effect. The D6 is so OP with Cain.

The ending made me shiver :v: great game, going to play it again though, because it seems that [sp]beating it unlocks a lot of things, right?[/sp]
A lot of people keep going on about the womb but really I don't get the issue.
[sp]Shops and Item rooms no longer spawn, arcades are uncommon, that leaves you with arena rooms and the secret room. There's no point to exploring the whole thing, just rush to the boss and hope to find the secret room along the way.[/sp]

You could get lucky and still find a secret room, because items do still spawn in those, even in the womb.

there's always a chance of a beggar spawning too, but that still doesn't make exploring worth the risk

I was wondering about that. I only made it to the Womb twice, first time I got killed by the very first monster and the second time I beat Mom's Heart. :v:

Yeah, faith hearts all the way. With the Book of Revelations and the battery it's really OP.

The D6 can spawn at random once you've unlocked it. Found it with Cain before

I have no idea how this happened. I was just playing the game and suddenly that happened. I can't pick up any regular hearts, although soul hearts are collectable. Also worth noting is that this has made me totally invincible.
Using Mom's bra is scarring for life, not just for the enemies.
