Dude, it's a short game. Walkthrough takes approx. 40 minutes. Unlocked items are saved.

I mean every item you unlock with achievements will be able to be found (:v:).

It seemed pretty OP when I had it.
I unlocked Maggy with a liver and Cain (best character ever) with a dollar in the same playthrough, and tied to that FFFUCKING CHARGING ENEMY.

Apparently you just need the serial.txt from your steamapps\common\the binding of isaac\ folder, but you may also need the ..._swarm folder there too, and possibly %APPDATA%\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\<random string>\localhost\so.sol. (Best to try just the serial.txt first, and then the random string folder would be created anyway if it doesn't work.)

How do you access the womb? I beat the game for the first time last night but I see no way to access it.
The game carries on after you beat Mom in your next playthrough.

There is no way to definitely get an item, it's all randomized.

Tarot cards are used by diviners and fortune readers to 'see' into your future. The major arcana (which is what the modern tarot is drawn from) Numbered from I to XXII are supposed to tell a tale of the future to come.

I am on Caves 2 without the ability to shoot, a meatcube and a Lil Chubby. Hardcore mode enabled.

Also, different decks can have two different final cards. The deck that Isaac uses has [I]The World[/I], and the alternative (which is relatively uncommon) is [I]The Universe[/I]. They both represent fairly different things.

Brimstone and Devil's Wings, Odd Mushroom that grants DMG Up, and other misc. items. Plus Halo of flies, meat cube, sister maggy, hanger, ect.
It got to the point where a fully charged brimstone blast would decimate ANYTHING, even Mom's foot(in 3-5 blasts).
Now I beat the game for the 2nd time.
