The Binding of Isaac - Games

Just got killed by Mom's Heart. Went in with half a heart and did plenty of damage before it killed me, though. Got the dollar twice in that run, too. v:v:v

So I was playing Eve, went into arcade and used slot machine until it gave me a dollar. The gambler gave me Skatole, and I tried using the blood machine to get a bloodpack. It didn't drop a bloodpack, and I got half a heart left, so I might as well bomb it. Then that FUCKING DEAD BIRD PUSHED THE BOMB TOWARDS ME AND I FUCKING DIE.

Holy wow I had a good run until I got fucked over by fast moving enemies. I got technology, spectral tears, triple shot (Makes the laser slower but bigger), dmg up and then brimstone. You can only shoot huge lasers out of your mouth and I was maxed out on damage. You could only fire fully charged shots though, took about 2-3 seconds instead of the 1 it should of but by god it did some serious damag. Nothing apart from mini-bosses could survive the beam. The charging time ultimately got me killed in the womb though :( [img]http://i.imgur.com/NuerP.png[/img] I also also immune to flies :3

Okay, killed Mom's Heart for the first time. The Brimstone item is so hilariously overpowered. I had the Bible at the end too, but I won comfortably without using it.

Is it common to open a gray chest and get a key and gold chest from it? Because I just did.

Holy dicks, Brimstone, where have you been all my life? My Tech + Milk combo was a poor man's brimstone all along.

I suck at this game, but it's so fun. I've only made it up to The Depths 1 with Maggy and I die at that point.

You know, if the entire game is a story made from Isaac's subconscious while his mother tries to kill him, then what is the battle with Satan supposed to mean?

God I'm terrible at this game. I've gone through about 15 playthroughs, and only once have I managed to reach the depths.

Well I'm going to bed with an unhappy face. Finally got to moms heart with lots of health and I was a bit too reckless. I killed her just as something I couldn't see and still don't know what it was killed me at the same time. Fucking game.

Right now I'm in The Depths 1 with Chocolate Milk + Brimstone, 4 hearts, and full stats. My body is so fucking ready.

To me, half of this game is just trying to see how messed up you can get Isaac to look [img]http://i.imgur.com/1zJtO.jpg[/img]

Killed Mom for the first time. Well, I used the Bible. Didn't realize it would end it so quickly. Unlocked the further stages though.

Gotta ask, am I the only one who thinks Brimstone is a bit TOO good? Like if you get it I can't imagine you losing, ever. Deals several huge damage hits, fullscreen unstoppable, you can run around while firing it covering half the screen in a single shot just... it's kind of gamebreaking.

The mom is kinda stupid, she beats herself by that foot attack if you stand close to the eye. (rate me clocks, just beat it for the first time)

Goddamnit. Had a decent run with Eve, made it to Mom's Heart. I would if they weren't so annoying. That crying noise combined with them dodging just makes me want to murder them faster.
