I was doing great.... then made a deal with the devil. Got the 9 lives but 1 heart each.... terrible mistake. Monstro II is tough with one heart.

Beat Satan with ??? I had Fetus in a jar so my tears were bombs, Mr. Mega so my tears were big bombs and Bobby-bomb so my tears were homing big bombs. I can potentially kill all of them without losing a single heart (Though satans last form is a bitch due to the massive legspam and eyebombs)

So basically when it comes to fighting Satan I've made up a handy flowchat Do you have Brimstone+Chocolate milk? No -----> Restart Yes | | V Win

No -----> Restart Yes | | V Win[/QUOTE] If you have high enough speed you can move between his left and right side avoiding the normal projectiles he shoots and he'll never use the laser beams if you do it right. As for the two demons you have to fight at first you just shoot at them and when they charge you avoid being in a straight line next to them since they always end the charge with the cross laser.

Managed to beat Mom's Heart. Getting the hang of the game more now. I think Magdalene is my favourite character. The four hearts and the yum-heart item are very useful.

I also had decent damage and speed, homing bombs and skeleton key turned into bombs with a pill. Needless to say I spammed loads of bobs at all the fights. Edit: I also look nice.

So got to Satan again, out of my 20-30 runs first time I had the bible, got him down to a sliver of health on his third form "Oh hey wonder if the bible kills him or if it's just a normal use" I had the fight in the bag man and then I used it. Sigh.

Brimstone, Lord of the Pit and 7 hearts. Aww yeah.

protip for getting through Sheol: stockpile as many bombs as you can If a room has a particularly tough miniboss that you don't want to deal with or something else nasty, just bomb the door and get out. Don't bother trying to kill everything you meet.

OH GOD. Got to moms heart, killed it without taking damage. First time beating the game mind you. Went to Sheol; killed Satan's first two forms, died when his last had only a sliver of health left. God damn I feel unstoppable today. :dance:

I literally just bought this game half an hour ago and I just wanted to ask... [img]http://filesmelt.com/dl/jesus_christ.jpg[/img] ...Is it just me or is the brimstone a tad over-powered? Regardless I'm loving it. Is there anything I should know about the womb?

Sometimes Isaac himself scares me more than the enemies or bosses.

On my second time I went there and explored every single room, I got the triple horseman heads 5 fucking times. Still didn't get damaged by them though.

I also got an update.

Apparently I just got Golden God? I guess you don't need to get all the achievements for it, just unlock all the items. The game keeps randomly closing, though, which is a pain in the ass.

i unlocked spider bite in my first run, and i havent seen it ever it my game

Why is it so hard to get 7 hearts? I can get 6 fine, but after that I'll never find another one...

I can't stop playing this. Best $5 I've ever spent on steam. Though I didn't finish it yet, always running out of spare HP somewhere in the womb edit: i did it actually, time to kick satan's ass

I was filled with emmense greed this last playthrough just now. I just had to get another blood bag. I wasn't looking at my heart containers (had all those soul hearts) and the BLOOD MACHINE KILLED ME!!!! [IMG]http://img511.imageshack.us/img511/2141/greedz.png[/IMG]
