Multiplayer would be horrible, as there are only six levels and you beat it all in one go. Then you replay it, trying to beat your old score. Arena or co-op would be like the regular game.
Edmund on twitter said he's doing a small content update soon, and asked if he and his partner for the game worked another 2-3 months to do a huge update that more then doubles what's already in the game would people be willing to pay 3 dollars.
I've gave up going through the game normally trying to find the bible, I'm now restarting non stop until I find rosary. I've played ten hours now trying to find the bible and no luck. I swear the game's trolling me now.

I found rosary and went to every item room and shop and got no bible.
Very last room in the depths part 2 spawned a beggar, gave him 8 or so cents and he dropped the BIBLE.
I am so fucking in love with the beggar right now. I can't believe it took me more than ten hours to get one item I already unlocked :v:
Twice now, I've beaten the depths without taking damage, but I don't have the achievement for it in-game or in steam. Is it bugged or something?

Using a Health Up Pill counts as taking damage.

First one ended on Caves 2, against the Headless Horseman.
On the second one, I killed It Lives and Satan.

Full Health Pills make you invulnerable. Picking up items that heal you (food, PHD, using health up pills, etc) will redact that.
I can't wait for the Christmas update.

If you can ALWAYS get a map or compass before entering (both is the best combo)
If you can, use the secret room as a shortcut.
For Satan's second form, I recommend to keep running back and forth while fighting him.
For his third form NEVER stop moving.
I hope this helps, I've beaten the game as every character except for the blue baby.
That was the strangest and luckiest run i've ever had as isaac.
I got telepills, got the error room, which was full of 4 chests.
In one of the chests was more telepills. So after picking up all the stuff I left, then used the pills.
Error room again. Same stuff, get more telepills, leave and teleport to secret room.

For satan, just spam bombs relentlessly. They do a good chunk of damage, and there's no reason you should have any bombs left once the fight is over.
Of course, you might use a bunch of bombs getting to satan. If I know a room is going to be too hard, I just bomb a doorway and leave early. It'll just start to eat up a lot of bombs if you have to backtrack.
I spawned in the first room, and a gold room appeared directly to the left.

also the wiki mentions enemies that don't damage you from touching. Which are those?

Those that spawn flies and run away from you don't damage you, although if you kill them when you're too close you might get hit by the flies.
There might be more though.
Oh cool.
Also game rarely messes up but when it does it's pretty funny, like this chain link enemy taking the body from another chain link enemy and using it as its weapon.

when he wasnt attacking he displayed normally but the other one was still without a body and just floated around.
