yeah he's the fallen, but instead of chasing+laser, he just instantly does the four way laser. Really annoying.

I just beat Mom for the first time after about 7 hours of gameplay. I got lucky and had a Bible so I didn't even have to fight her.

I also hate their random movements, but at least they're kind of predictable.
I don't know why but clots are actually pretty easy to kill for me.

I had about 9 hearts, then I died from double Envy in the room RIGHT before Mom's Heart.
Did get Lump of Coal though. Although Steam achievements have never worked for me.

I didn't even realise I was on the Mom level until I rushed in, my Unicorn power refuses to recharge unless I do another room but there's none left. There's two slot machines left but I can't reach them because there's spikes.
Damn you...damn you.
I'm trying so hard to get the Dark Boy achievement, i got two rooms before mom with the bible and got hit. It's so god damn annoying.

Just in case you didn't know, if two spikes meet at a corner like:
OOOO
OOXX
OXOO
OXOO
(where the X are spike tiles and Os are not)
you can squeeze between them without taking damage.
