Krampus REFUSES to spawn for me. Any tips for making him show up?

I feel really bad at this game when you all talk about beating it multiple times and I can't even get past Caves 2.....:suicide:

When I click on the game in my library, it says I still have 2 achievements left (+1 more which I suspect to be Dark Boy). But a few days ago, I checked my achievements in steam community and it said I did have that achievement, then today I checked the community and it said I had no achievements at all. Very weird shit's been happening.

12.1 hours of playing and i just met krampus for the first time on level 2, no powerups aside from hp-ups i found and i beat him. feelsgoodman.

i got this game yesterday and i've met krampus twice already. didn't even know he was the gift pile boss.

I've only beat her once and I still die practically all the time but I've definitely gotten better. Just keep trying to get as far as possible and figuring out how to best fight certain enemies and it gets easier to get far.

Yeah, I was awful when I started (as in, dying in the caves on a regular basis) but just beat Mom's Heart for the 8th time

Just beat mom for the first time and unlocked Cain, finally.

After 14 hours of play, I finally got the first ending. God this game is fun.
