I feel like the hardest part of doing this would be not getting bored. It's easy enough to never get hit in almost every room, but it just takes so long to kill the later enemies with default stats.

Not nearly as impressive without sheol. Not to mention you actually had a useful item.
So I got into 2 "I am error" rooms in the same run.
Did the planets align or something?
The only item I needed for 2~ months to get golden god was the wafer, and on the same run I found it.
Woohoo! Now I can wait for the dlc knowing I got everything.

I have the weirdest luck with Chubs. I had one green chub who just spawned poop, and another chub that only had 2 segments in a room with 2 other 2 segmented larry jr's. Since he didn't have a third segment he couldn't spawn anything, but he kept trying whenever i got back far enough. Anybody else seen these versions? No mention of them on the wiki. Poop version is the best by far.

I think I've seen a blue one before, and I'm pretty sure it just made him ridiculously powerful, but it might be something else I'm thinking of.
I've seen the "No 3rd part", that was in the Womb Gauntlet, where he spawns with 2 Larry Jr.'s

I don't think I've seen the pooping one but I've seen the one that's missing a third segment once. He would still go through the animation of spawning something, only nothing would come out when he did.

I've seen the smaller chub that couldn't spawn things but still tried to. Looked hilarious as he just randomly pulled the expression on his face and nothing happened. I think for me he was a boss, it started with 2 small white biting worms but he didn't spawn more.

Killed mom.
Still need Mamas Boy.
Used The Emperor expecting that red snake thingy boss fight (easy).
Instead one of the horse guys spawned a ridiculous amount of scythes and damaged me.

Golden God is obtaining all of the items in the game, however it is currently bugged as coal was added in during the Christmas update. This means it counts towards the items needed, so you don't need all of them exactly.

You were supposed to use the Shovel to go to Womb 2 and then use the Emperor card, so you'd only have to fight Mom's Heart to unlock the achievement.
