Used my key on the golden door. Now I go into the fight room and I find Bombs x 10.
Oh and every time I get a decent number of bombs, I have JUST run out of keys, and then I get the pill that switches your bombs and keys, rage.
Is the game playing joke on me everytime I see any item surrounded by holes? I thought there would be some sort of item that allows you to hover over them to get stuff, but seems it's just a tease.

If you place a bomb near a rock near a hole it will push the rock. Or you can buy a ladder and those get you across the gaps. Or if you find the magnet they will float to you.
God damn those secret areas are random.I'll never find them when I'm really looking for them but then I find them when I'm not looking for them.

Actually it's pretty easy, they appear in spots where there's a hole between 3/4 rooms, though there's only one per level.

I got that and the pill that switched my keys and bombs. Having 99 bombs made the bosses super easy.
That Chariot card is awesome. I pressed F12 but since it doesn't have the overlay, it didn't take a screenshot :C
This game needs to support gamepads. I prefer using two analogs over wasd + arrow keys.
So I started a run, and my item on the first floor was the one that makes all pills good for you. Also, I kept losing health from bumping into level 1 enemies.
I almost considered quitting since it didn't seem like a good start, but I decided to play through.
Then, for a number pickups I got only heart containers. I unlocked Maggie.
Found a full health pill. Sold all my health for money, and refilled my health. Unlocked Cain.
Found a steam sale for sale in the next shop. I proceeded to clear out every shop I encountered from then on.
I just blasted my way through the depths, and beat mom for the first time.
Moral of the story: Just because you have a rough start, doesn't mean you should give up.

Managed to survive up until Womb 2, died because I visit the devil for the 2nd time, and took another deal, which removes all my soul heart at that time (was 7) instead of the usual 2.
If only I was less greedy, but lesson learnt, hard.

No it's not, what I posted is the actual game Rogue.
Just bought it. Played up to the third boss, who was (in my case) Gurdy. Son of a bitch, that thing is annoying. :v:
