A PTO is a political take over as someone else said. The political situation is that the Romanians who have PTO'd the nation have a strangle hold of both the Presidency and Congress. Resistance is centred around the United Resistance Front political party and SKRev military unit is somewhat un-organised as English/Korean relations are not the best. So cooperation isn't exactly spectacular.

I dont know that I have spoken much with utoronto, so I am not sure how prepared he is to support us. We also need to play strategically against where Romanian candidates are running, but this is also dependent on the numbers we gather.

To people considering companies I would suggest looking at companies for sale (Under the Market tab) for any cheap raw material companies. The game allows you to work once a day as a General Manager at companies you own for ten wellness even if you have a job elsewhere. Your skill should be high enough by the time you have enough gold for a company to be able to make a small profit on just your own labour without the risk of hiring.
