We should give them the same benefits as we do to all other people. We just need to create a set of citizenship rules, watch over them carefully and punish any infraction severely.

Pretty much anyone with Romanian Citizenship will have to be blacklisted. Romanian is a military community. and a very tight knit one at that. If someone is coming to Korea from Romania, there is no way they have just intentions. There could be exceptions if the citizen in question was sponsored by several loyal community members.

Alright. Worse comes to worst, we could always make a new party too. However we don't want to do that unless absolutely necessary, because it would split the community even more, and if it fails, give the Romanians a third party.

Not really, you can only bring in 10% of the voting population a month and since we have around 600 people able to vote, that means 60 people total can come in a month. We have 38 congress members in S. Korea, so each one will only be able to accept 2 citizens a month.

Yes, but his point is there numbers may grow slowly, but eventually it could be enough to come back. That slow process is exactly how this sort of thing happens in the first place.
