Im not sure what you're talking about.
The SKRev squads. Also, how come there are only 4 squads with 5 peopel each but there are 150 people in the unit?
The SKRev squads are based off of SKRev rather than URF numbers so the max number there could be is 49. The squads were then based off of those who responded to the survey (Around half) and the squad they were put into based on their answers.
Extra numbers were then lost by people who were active for the survey but are inactive now or answered the survey incorrectly. It's really rather a mess if that explanation didn't make it clear enough.
You should focus on working with other facepunch members at the moment so that you all have the social links to keep you active and having fun.

If I understand it correctly, it only affects people who put companies in highly productive regions, for the bonus. This prevents people from exploiting having long distance companies.
