But for the last few weeks, Romania hasn't even been our ally. Greece and Bulgaria however are there to help fight in a war. Our biggest struggle will be an internal political war, rather than a military campaign.

I would recommend issuing some more cash at 200-250 per gold so new players can get some money. Another thing you could do is lowering the amount citizens can start with. To do this get a congress member to propose a New Citizen Fee change. I would recommend changing it to around $3 if you go this route. This allows one Q3 food to be bought until they can get a stable job. Another way you can go about all this is to make government ran companies to hire low skill workers just starting out. This would supply a stable income for them and helps them learn the mechanics of the game. Also, thanks for the citizenship request.
